Public Market Sales Specialist

Job Description

As a Public Market Sales Specialist, you will be tasked to improve sales and overall business growth, focusing on Public Markets around the area. Must have an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them. PM Sales specialists might also prepare marketing budgets, conduct research in areas covered, analyze trends that can be used to market products and target audience, lead the sales team, and perform sales forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the sales team
  • Providing product demonstrations to clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
  • Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.
  • Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
  • Setting sales targets and providing sales forecasts.
  • Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust.

Requirements

  • Sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Proven success rate at levels around sales quota.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Having a motorcycle and a valid driver's license is a must.

HORECA Sales Representative

Job Description

As a Horeca Sales Representative, you are responsible for using your knowledge of the company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for our employer. Your duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of sales like invoices or client contracts.

Responsibilities

  • The ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products. 
  • Be knowledgeable about the product
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Answer questions about the products and emphasize its features 
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years direct experience in Key Account Management.
  • With direct knowledge & experience in dealing with HORECA customers.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office.
